Each of the 4 leaves stands for HOPE, FAITH, LOVE & LUCK.
The logo was adopted in the year 1974 with its first real estate project titled Clover Apartments in Cuffe Parade, Mumbai.
Since then, the Group has developed over 50 lacs sq. ft. of prime real estate comprising of over 65 Residential, Commercial and Retail projects as well as Bungalow Schemes and Plots.
The Group has also ventured into Software, Renewable (Solar & Wind) Energy Business and Industrial Warehousing.
