Yes. Posting a property on LandKhoj is free and takes just a few simple steps. There is no commission on what you sell or rent. Premium placement is a paid upgrade you can buy later from My Properties, but nothing on the listing itself is behind it.
What property types can I list?
Residential, Commercial, Plot / Land and PG properties — covering flats, houses, villas, builder floors, offices, shops, showrooms, warehouses, residential and commercial plots, agricultural land, farm houses and paying-guest accommodation.
Can I list a property for rent?
Yes. You can post both sale and rental listings. Pick "Rent / Lease" as the purpose and the form collects the rent, deposit and tenancy terms instead of a sale price.
How long does it take?
About ten minutes if you have the details and a few photos to hand. Nothing is lost if you stop partway — the next time you open this page we offer to pick up where you left off.
Can I change the listing after it is live?
Yes. Everything stays editable from My Properties — details, price, photos — and you can archive a listing the moment it sells and restore it later if the deal falls through.
Who gets to see my phone number?
Only someone who has asked for it and verified their own phone with a one-time code. Your number is never printed on the public page.
Do I need an account?
