How it works

Pick the project type
Residential or commercial, then the sub-type and the configurations or unit sizes you are offering. That is this page.

Describe the project
Name, builder, location, launch and possession dates, RERA, towers and total units, plus a price for each configuration.

Upload the artwork and plans
Logo, banner, gallery photos, brochure and application form, and per-configuration floor plans and payment plans.

Publish and take enquiries
Finish the last step and the project page goes live. Enquiries and the agents who join as sales partners both show up in My Projects.
Common questions
Can I submit my project for free?
Yes. Submitting your residential or commercial project on LandKhoj carries no listing fee, and keeping it listed is free too. Premium placement is a separate paid upgrade you can add later from My Projects.
Can I add RERA project details?
Yes. You can add your RERA registration number alongside pricing, amenities, floor plans and the rest of the project information. If registration is still in progress, pick the Upcoming option rather than leaving it blank — it tells a buyer more than a gap does.
Can I update my project after publishing?
Yes. Project details, pricing, floor plans, images and documents all stay editable from My Projects, and you can archive the project once the inventory is gone.
Can I upload brochures and floor plans?
Yes. You can upload a brochure and an application form, gallery photos, a logo and banner, and a floor plan and payment plan for each configuration.
Who can submit a project?
Builders and agents. If you are listing on a developer's behalf, put their name in the Builder field and the page will credit them while enquiries still come to you.
Do I have to finish it in one sitting?
No. Every step saves as you complete it, and My Projects shows how far along each project is and which step is next. The page goes public once the final step is saved.
Can I list more than one configuration?
Yes — up to four per project, each with its own size, price, floor plan and payment plan. The project page shows them as a range and lets buyers compare them side by side.
