Landkhoj is only a venue/platform where Users post, upload, and publish their own information, listings, advertisements, views, requirements, projects, services, and other content.

Landkhoj:

• Does not verify, authenticate, guarantee, underwrite, secure, approve, endorse, or certify any content;
• Is not responsible in any manner for any information posted by Users;
• Does not screen, censor, or control listings or Users of the Platform.

2. No Warranty of Accuracy

The content on the Platform is provided for general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

Landkhoj makes no representation or warranty regarding:

• Accuracy, completeness, reliability, legality, or authenticity of any listing or content;
• Official approvals, sanctions, licenses, timelines, or quality of projects;

3. No Transaction Involvement

Landkhoj is not involved in any transaction between Users.

The Landkhoj.com is a venue/platform only and does not screen and/or censor and/or otherwise control the listings offered to other Users, nor does Team Landkhoj.com screen and/or censor and/or otherwise control the Users of its service.

Landkhoj:

• Does not act as broker, agent, mediator, or representative;
• Does not guarantee that Users will complete transactions;
• Does not control the behavior of participants on the Platform.

All negotiations, agreements, payments, site visits, and transactions are strictly between Users.

If any dispute arises between Users, Landkhoj shall have no obligation whatsoever to intervene.

Users expressly agree not to make any claims, demands, or damages (actual or consequential, known or unknown) against Landkhoj, its officers, employees, agents, or affiliates arising out of disputes between Users.

4. Site Visits

If a User wishes to conduct a site visit of any property, it shall be the sole responsibility of the Advertiser, Builder, Agent, or their representatives to arrange such visit.

Landkhoj shall not be liable for:

• Non-fulfillment of site visit commitments;
• Any cost, injury, loss, or liability arising from such visits.

5. Technical Disclaimer

While Landkhoj makes reasonable efforts to keep the Platform operational, it shall not be liable for:

• Temporary unavailability due to technical issues;
• Server downtime;
• Disruptions, suspension, or termination of services;
• Loss of data or information for any reason.

The Website and related communications (including emails) are vulnerable to:

• Data corruption
• Interception
• Tampering
• Viruses
• Delivery failures

Landkhoj shall not be liable for any consequences arising therefrom.

6. No Warranty – “As Is” Basis
