How can a borrower regain full property rights after repaying the loan?

Once the loan is fully repaid, the lender’s interest recorded in the deed of conveyance in favour of a mortgagee is removed. After the mortgage is satisfied, the borrower regains complete and unrestricted ownership rights over the property.
