<span style="font-size: 14.4px;">TAJ WELLINGTON MEWS branded apartments, located at Al Marjan Island, are not owned, developed, marketed or sold by The Indian Hotels Company Limited or its affiliates (“IHCL”). They are independently developed marketed and sold by SAAR BNW Developers FZ-LLC and BNW INVESTMENT LLC (“the Developer”) who has a limited license from IHCL, to use the name TAJ WELLINGTON MEWS (“Brand”) for the branded apartments during the term of the agreement. The license granted to the Developer to use the Brand may be subject to termination or revocation under certain circumstances, as outlined in the relevant agreements. In such cases, the residences and the project will no longer be associated with Brand and will cease to have the right to use any IHCL brandmarks. IHCL does not provide any assurances or guarantees regarding the residences, the overall project, construction quality, financial performance, or associated costs. IHCL is not responsible for the Developer’s marketing materials, promotional activities, or sales-related representations. IHCL has not verified or confirmed the accuracy of any statements, representations, or information presented in this material. The Developer and its affiliates are independent entities and are not agents or representatives of IHCL. They do not have any authority to make commitments or representations on behalf of IHCL.</span>
